Still Got Skills Feedback Policy
Still Got Skills provides a specific feedback tool for buyers and sellers – to understand how a transaction was experienced.
Feedback is designed to guide members in their decision-making – to understand the history of a member, and to help Still Got Skills assess whether members are meeting expectations.
Still Got Skills only removes feedback where it breaches the Feedback terms and conditions.
Disputed feedback from buyer or seller that is over 30 days old (from date of transaction) will not be reviewed by Still Got Skills.
If you have concerns about feedback that has been placed you should always contact the other Member in the first instance to resolve the issue.
We strongly encourage you to wait up to one week from transaction, before you place feedback. Particularly when you have not received the goods or services yet. This gives the providing member the opportunity to resolve any issues you have experienced.
Still Got Skills will not progress your feedback query until you have attempted to resolve it with the other Member first.
Only under exceptional circumstances will feedback ever be removed or edited. Feedback will remain a permanent part of your Still Got Skills account.
Still Got Skills does not arbitrate negative feedback.
Still Got Skills reserves the right to remove feedback that isn’t relevant to the trade itself, or if it breaches one of the following:
- it contains swear words or other offensive or inappropriate content;
- it contains defamatory statements;
- it contains the Member’s private personal information, contact details or other means to individually identify the Member;
- the Member placing feedback has been permanently removed from Still Got Skills;
- the feedback contains un-factual statements;
- the feedback refers to any ongoing investigation by Still Got Skills, the police, or any other authorised party;
- if Still Got Skills receives a court order to remove feedback, or where Still Got Skills otherwise considers it appropriate in line with Commerce Commission guidance to remove the feedback.
